Can you believe we are at the end of March? It flew by for me, especially these last two weeks because my hubby and kids were on spring break. Michael went back to work last week and the kiddos went back this morning. I know most parents love when kids go back - NOT this momma, I am always a bit sad, I like having my little chicks under foot. We had a relaxing but fun time even thou I was sick for the first week. On to Happy Homemaker Monday...

Movies or shows I watched...

Me & Isabella watched Beauty & The beast, It was better than expected and you know I found myself smiling and singing along. All the memories of Bella watching this as a child came flooding back.

Moana - Loved what I got to watch.

I finally got to see Fences!

I have been wanting to watch since I saw the first preview...

I Love Viola Davis! I remember seeing her a long time ago and I remember thinking, she's good! and so beautiful. Then The Help came out and she's been one of my favorite actresses ever since. I have loved her in every movie I have seen her in.

OK Woman Crush here...with or without make up I think she is one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen. She is one of those people that you can just see the soul - do you know what I mean? but boy when this lady cleans up...she doesn't mess around lol

I mean just look at her? She's Stunning. Who are some of your favorite actresses?

Me & Hubby watched Come hell or high Water but momma fell asleep... I will try to finish it tonight.

I cant wait to see Going in Style with Morgan Freeman It looks so funny. I already told hubby try to get April 7th off!

Its Here!!! EEK! I cant wait to start playing in this beauty...

hubby checked mail Saturday and nothing but I received "delivered" email...So Sunday before church, heals and all.  Me and Bella walked to mail boxes and sure enough there it sat.

(although its right around the corner...boy I miss homes with the mail box at the curb.)

along with These cuties I had purchased from Kennaprints $1 sale.

 I was sad that the envelope was a bit folded and so was the adorable gift name sticker- I felt bad thinking oh no its not perfect because it was a sweet surprise. but I guess I am a bit anal when it comes to stuff like that. I know that little tiny fold will drive me nuts.

I have been shopping little by little and finished this weekend by finding these goodies. My Laminator wont be in till tomorrow and the Paper cutter I wanted was out of stock so I went with another (for now)

I fell down the Rabbit Hole and am already dreaming of my next Chic Sparrow and more goodies.

Happening this week... We have a mandatory Senior meeting for Bella and Adam will be testing so a slow relaxing week.

Looking around the house... looks clean but I have a lot to do...power hour will be needed because today because...

All I want to do is drink coffee and play in my planner

Good morning Friends, I hope you had a lovely weekend. As for me I am happy to be out of bed after being sick for the second time in two months. I went back to the doctors and it turned out I had an upper respiratory infection, but I finished my meds and am hopefully done with being sick and back to my routine, starting with Happy Homemaker Monday.

 and I FELL IN LOVE with it! I will be purchasing as I know I will be watching over and over again. I Loved prince Albert, I told Bella "find on of those for yourself" lol

On my TV... nada. just periscope and you tube for this momma

On the Menu... still behind on menu plan but I defrosted Chicken drumsticks, it is a bit hot for oven so I might pop them in crockpot in a bit. btw would you just look at this burger, we tried a new place after Church called MooYah it was Good!

What I am creating... I am in a bit of a funk but hope to play in my planner tonight. I still have not purchased my Travelers Notebook - I narrowed it down to two but then remembered Ebates and I wanted to give that $25 credit to someone so I remembered a friend and thankfully got a referral link. I myself am so bad about putting up links, I refer lots of people but forget to send referral link...that is something I am going to try to work on.

Looking around house... feeling so thankful for hubby who helped keep house clean. I do need to dust and do deep cleaning before I can pull out my Easter Décor btw I came across a you tube channel with some pretty great décor-mostly floral but if you want a treat check out: Arlynn's Country Craft Corner She has a lovely home.

Can you believe this is part of a dressing room? Me & Bella love shopping at Altered State. I mean they have a Prayer request book in fitting room! I was happy to see my  baby girl leave a request for college choices and to work part time before if Gods will. She waited till she was 18 to apply at Barnes & Noble (her dream job at the moment) But they are not hiring boo She also tried a coffee shop and would like to train as a Barista at Starbucks  so we shall see what the Summer brings.

Good Morning, I hope you all had a very good weekend. Mine was pretty much spent sleeping and these are my constant companions right now...

It is bittersweet because well, my son is no longer sick, but my family are all on break including hubby. They all took care of things around the house. and we had a crazy start to our weekend. Friday morning hubby thought he smelled gas so I called it in and yup our Gas meter had seen better days so thankfully they replaced it. but it made us think about our water heater that has seen better days, We decided to replace it now before something goes wrong.

I am hoping I feel better soon so we can at least take a long drive in town or maybe Mesilla. *all prayers welcomed : )

Now that I have a bit of energy lets get on with our HHM

The Weather...in the high 50's when I opened the door this morning to welcome my doggie nephew drew in there was a nice cool breeze. made me wish I could take a walk.

On my reading pile... I just finished Go Ask Alice-I forgot how sad this book was and now I am starting See Me By Nicholas Sparks.

I started Watching Marcella on Netflix suspenseful but not a movie for kids. I do hope Netflix adds some new family friendly shows soon. I think we have watched all of the current movies.

On The Menu...

So thankful hubby has taken care of things this weekend

Since I was sick we missed the Fish Fry at Church btw wow have the prices gone up $10 a person anywho hubby picked up fish that was already seasoned and cooked, Sat. he took kiddos out because all I wanted was rest and soup, Sunday we all stayed home (water heater appt. ran late) and so we had our first BBQ of the year. Steaks and hot dogs my daughter and hubby did everything. This week until I feel better I will be flying by the seat of my pants Fortunately we are well stocked.

On My To Do List... House is clean and family have kept it maintained. everyone is on break so momma is not worried.

What I am Creating... ugh next question lol

Happening this week... Hubby has been working in yard, water heater will be replaced Tuesday, Hubby will be installing a new ceiling fan, we had planned on fixing daughters closet and painting her room but with me sick I don't think that's happening...lets just say daughter has A Lot of things and its a big project to drag everything out.

March Already?  Well...Top of the morning to ya! 
Hope you are having a productive Monday. I am moving in slow motion today that's for sure. But I had a great weekend. Friday we went to the movies. We had "dates" with our children. Michael & Adam went to see one movie and me and Isabella another. We had to go very late (free T-Mobile Tuesday tickets) so while waiting for the boys movie to finish (we had 40 minutes) we walked into the ending of Logan and John Wick. hee hee -Do you ever do that? hubby wont but me and Bella sure did: giggling the whole way... Part of me felt like a kid breaking the rules, having fun with a friend and part of me felt like a bad parent. I chalk it up to 1. being catholic and 2. the movie we watched...Split

p.s. you will only understand if you've seen the movie but me and bella cant stop saying "etc."
